That said, here are some of the natural interventions we have considered that may help with prevention:

 

Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR)

Your body is under constant stress. Mental & Emotional Fortitude

Here are Desirae Jaenen’s three tips to mitigate your risk and engage your body’s natural protective and healing processes.

 

Tip #1

Be honest about where you are at, and commit to reaching out and getting support with your mindset if find yourself on a hamster wheel. Your minds primary role is to keep you alive, so it scans for, seeks out, and spotlights anything that might be perceived as out of place, uncertain or a threat to your safety. When you allow your mind to ruminate in fear, your body’s immune system shuts down. There is no energy preserved for healing when you are in a perpetual state of fight/flight. Of course, you will be triggered, because let’s be honest, things can be challenging, and downright overwhelming out there, but you can learn tools to effectively manage fear and engage your power of choice.

 

Tip #2

Become hyper-aware of your energy. What actives, people, thoughts and beliefs build your energy, and which ones drain your energy away? Some of the things that can siphon your energy, and ability to heal, are rooted in the nervous system and unconscious mind. Perhaps you; have unhealed wounds from your past, need to forgive someone who has wronged you, are depressing emotional pain, or enduring inherited family trauma. Once you identify what is draining you, take the appropriate steps to heal it. If you are unable to get the relief that you deserve on your own, don’t be afraid to seek support and take the time you need to rectify the imbalance. 

 

Tip #3

Adjust your perception of wellness. Wellness is not simply the lack of dis-ease, it is, more importantly, the presence of thriving. Do all you can, with what you have, from where you are at, but JUST START taking the wheel of your life. Choose nourishing colourful, high vibrational fruits and vegetables and high-quality supplements whenever you can. Move your muscles, daily, and drink plenty of water so your body can detoxify as it was designed to. Get plenty of rest and be sure to connect in community, with likeminded people, who share similar values.
